This Kinstretch online class was a balanced upper + lower body session designed to keep the major joints moving well while building control where it matters. On the upper body we worked shoulder internal rotation (IR) and external rotation (ER) to support healthier overhead and behind-the-body positions. On the lower body we focused on the hips - hip IR, plus hip extension and flexion - to improve workspace, control, and carryover into squats, running, and training.
We finished with an ankle plantarflexion (PF) stretch paired with lumbar-blocked spinal segmentation, helping you restore smoother spinal movement while limiting low-back “cheating” and encouraging a cleaner wave through the rest of the spine.
