This Kinstretch online class was a balanced upper + lower body session with a clear focus on improving joint control where most people get stuck. On the lower body we worked hip external rotation (ER) alongside hip flexion and hip abduction, plus knee flexion work to support stronger positions for squatting, stepping, and everyday movement. On the upper body we targeted shoulder internal rotation (IR) and elbow rotation, helping you build cleaner control through the arm without relying on compensations.
We also included neck flexion/extension work and finished with spinal segmentation to restore smoother, more segment-by-segment control through the spine and reduce “blocky” movement patterns.
Equipment used:
• Tennis balls (primarily to create tension during CARs)
• Yoga blocks (for tension, and for support in knee and neck positions)
• Red resistance band (for elbow rotation and isometric work)
