Quadruped Spinal Segmentation
Joint Focus: SPINE (T-SPINE + L-SPINE)

5m 3s
This lesson video teaches Quadruped Spinal Segmentation - a drill designed to build true control of the spine by moving vertebrae by vertebrae, not in stiff “blocks.” The objective is to develop sharp body awareness while creating slow, deliberate spinal waves through flexion and extension. By moving as slowly as possible, you’ll expose and start to break down common hinge points - those spots where the spine locks up and one area does all the work. Done consistently, this improves spinal control, movement quality, and resilience for training and everyday life.

Standing Spine CARs
This lesson video breaks down Standing Spine CARs - a drill built to teach independent control of your spine through flexion, extension, and rotation. The main objective is spinal segmentation and awareness: moving the spine on purpose while minimizing compensation from the pelvis and hips. That ...

Quadruped Pelvic Tilts
This lesson video teaches Quadruped Pelvic Tilts - a simple but powerful drill to build pelvic control and awareness. The objective is to isolate the pelvis from the hips using small, intentional movements, while also improving control of the lumbar spine and setting the foundation for spinal seg...

Collapsed Kneeling Spine Segmentation
This video covers Collapsed Kneeling Spine Segmentation - a drill built to teach segment-by-segment control of the spine through deep flexion and extension. The purpose is to improve spinal awareness, reduce “blocky” movement, and expose hinge points where one area does all the work while the res...
