This Kinstretch online class was an upper-body focused session with the shoulders as the main priority. We trained shoulder internal rotation (IR), external rotation (ER), plus flexion and extension, using elbow hinges to keep the work honest and highlight where compensations like rib flare, shrugging, or torso rotation tend to sneak in.
We also added banded elbow rotation isometrics to build stronger control through the elbow/forearm system, supporting healthier pressing, pulling, and stability in loaded positions. We finished with thoracic-blocked spinal segmentation, a great way to improve segment-by-segment control through the lumbar spine and reduce “blocky” movement patterns.
