This Kinstretch online class was a lower-body focused session with the hips as the main priority. We worked through straight-leg kinetic stretching to challenge the hamstrings and posterior chain, then moved into targeted hip work to build cleaner, more controlled range - especially hip internal rotation (IR), external rotation (ER), and hip flexion.
The goal throughout was usable range: improving how well you can access these positions without compensating through the pelvis or spine. We finished with a spine isometric to reinforce trunk control, followed by spinal segmentation to restore smoother flexion/extension waves and reduce “blocky” movement.
