This Kinstretch online class was an upper-body focused session built around stronger, more controlled shoulders - specifically shoulder internal/external rotation (IR/ER) and shoulder flexion. We used a stretch strap to create clean isometric effort, helping you build usable range and stability without relying on momentum or compensations.
We also included targeted elbow isometrics and wrist extension PAILs/RAILs to support healthier pressing, hanging, and front rack mechanics. The session finished with spinal segmentation, plus spine flexion/extension isometrics using the strap to reinforce control through the trunk and reduce “blocky” movement patterns.
